Strategy against sexual mutilation; the only efficient tool is routine screening, adopted by Spain

In the absence of that tool, the fight will remain wishful thinking! It consists in systematic medical check-ups for all children till the end of scholarship. It will enable to denounce the criminals. After a few sentences accompanied by wide media coverage, the financial risk will be so high that it will be the end of excision, and, one day, of circumcision...!
